SUMMER HOUSEKEEPING POSITIONS
We are looking for a couple of housekeepers for the summer
HOUSEKEEPER
Reports To: Housekeeping Manager
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To help provide our guests a clean and pleasant environment.
MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with Housekeeping staff in keeping all interior areas neat and clean
2. Communicate to Head Housekeeper and Maintenance any repairs needed to equipment or facilities, and any comments or requests from out guest.
3. Pick up any litter on grounds
4. Develop a thorough knowledge of Rock Springs' services and programs
5. Know all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them.
6. Understand the proper use of H.K. chemicals and their hazards, know how to read MSDS sheets
7. Help maintain the H.K. building and H.K storage areas
8. Read and understand the personnel policy
9. Understand that work shifts will vary according to business requirements and may include late nights, early mornings, and week-ends
10. Carry out any misc. task as assigned by management
11. Attend and participate in staff meetings

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Able to lift heavy linen bags into and out of van
2. Able to carry heavy vacuum up and down stairs and cabin to cabin
3. Able to carry arm loads of clean linen to cabins
4. Able to work on hands and knees
5. Able to be on feet for long periods of time
6. Able to work at a fast pace
