RIDER INFORMATION AND LIABILITY RELEASE
To help us choose the very best match for you and your riding wishes, we need a little more information about you and your preferences. The following form gives us some preliminary information. We will need a hard copy of the riding liability release. Either you can print it and bring it with you, or we will have one available when you arrive.
If you will be traveling with children who will not have their parent or guardian with them, you will need to print the forms and have their parent or guardian sign them before you come.
RIDER INFORMATION FORM
HORSEBACK RIDING LIABILITY RELEASE
I the undersigned understand that horseback riding and a horse environment is a dangerous athletic event and an environment which possesses potentially serious risks of injuries to its participants and observers. I understand that I may be injured as a result of my negligence, the negligence of others, or through no fault of myself or anyone else because of the nature of the activity in which I am going to be engaged.
With the knowledge of the foregoing, and as a condition of participation in Rock Springs Guest Ranch riding or equine program, I hereby waive or release any and all rights that I or my heirs may have to bring an action against Rock Springs Guest Ranch, its agents, or employees, or property owners of property on which the riding activity is performed for any injury or death arising out of riding, training, grooming, riding as a passenger upon the horse or otherwise resulting from participating in the Rock Springs Guest Ranch equine program.
I agree that under no circumstances will I or my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns prosecute or present any claim for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death against Rock Springs Guest Ranch or any of its agents, or employees, for any cause of action, whether the same shall arise by the negligence of any said persons or otherwise.
In the event any portion of this release is declared to be invalid, the parties agree any remainder shall be binding upon the parties.
By signing this release and waiver, I am assuming all risk of the activities in which I will be engaged as part of the riding program at Rock Springs Guest Ranch and I agree to indemnify Rock Springs Guest Ranch for claims by my children arising out of activities I authorize.
